1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the 1 Stop Bazaar app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must register an account with your mobile number via OTP verification. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Providing accurate and current information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Orders & Payments
Orders placed through the App are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- Prices and availability are subject to change
- Payment is collected on delivery (COD) or via wallet/online methods
- Refunds follow store policies and applicable consumer protection laws
5. Delivery & Service
Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic, weather, or road conditions
- Store preparation delays
- Incorrect/incomplete address provided by customer
- Force majeure events
6. Store & Provider Policies
Stores and service providers on the platform are independent third parties. 1 Stop Bazaar is a platform facilitating transactions. Each store/provider may have their own policies for:
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Product quality and warranties
- Service timelines and quality
7. Wallet, Coupons & Referrals
Wallet points (10 points = ₹1) can be used for discounts. Coupons are subject to validity, minimum order, and usage limits. Referral rewards are credited per program terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue these programs.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the App for illegal activities or fraud
- Interfere with the App's security or integrity
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Harvest data or scrape the App
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by or licensed to 1 Stop Bazaar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Stop Bazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 1 Stop Bazaar harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
